Basic usage docs are missing CoreRanking step #150

The problem

The Basic Usage docs are missing a required step for using MergedCore.

The user needs to initialize the CoreRanking property on the MergedCollectionConfig before they can use it. This doesn't seem to be documented anywhere.

This requirement will be removed from the SDK in 0.1.0 and docs are no longer needed.
