[Feature] SVG images in quips #197

Describe the problem

Quips should be entertaining to the user - this adds more entertainment.

Describe the proposed change

Allow SVG images in, or as, Quips.

It would allow for simple non-text quips such as this: 512714701826687010

It could also enable animated quips, via animated SVG.

Alternatives

Emojis or other unicode are the only alternative. They work as is, but are very limited.

As a warning, Quarrel used to have this but it was removed because users didn't like the additional download size for the app. Gifs are large relative to many other parts of a simple app. I recommend not including any animated quips in the default package.

@Avid29 Good feedback, I was planning on using animated SVGs or Lottie for this.
