Overview

Closes #255 Closes #266

This PR adds the following features:

A new content-release-bundles.json is generated when organizing release content.
The app is now able to pull the generated json file from the release source and cache the content at the user's request.
Several additional new settings to control the Kubo node
Minor refactor to consolidate logging code into AppDiagnostics.
