This PR

Renames RemoteCore to Cores.OwlCoreRpc, since this may not be the only core that enables RPC functionality.
Moves RemoteCore out of the SDK and into a new StrixMusic.Cores.OwlCoreRpc folder
Moves existing file-based cores into their own folder.
Moves all RemoteCore unit tests into their own test project.
