Implemented "A-Z" and "Z-A" sorting for the zune artist list.

@amaid To fix the CI errors, ahead and merge master into your branch, then update your namespaces to use CommunityToolkit instead of Microsoft.Toolkit.

Done, hopefully CI will work , except for WASM.
