Add Cmake and Archiconda3 files #362

  1. Added cmake.md file.
  2. Added archiconda3.md file.

In every case a project is superseeded by another one, we should note that for users and also add the new package. So we should list here that Archiconda3 supports Arm, but in the Support Caveats note that it is currently superseded by miniforge, then add that package to the dashboard as well. @odidev
