Feature request: Edit tank ammo loadout #405

Add ability to edit tank ammo loadouts. I mean specifically rhs tanks, which have that functionality in eden, but I don't know if that feature could also work with non-rhs vehicles.

For RHS tanks there are checkboxes to change ammo when placing vehicle in eden, and it would be great to have that ability for zeus-placed tanks. Perhaps the "loadout" button, which serves no purpose for ground vehicles right now, could be used for this?

We will need to have a look into how RHS provides that menu. The "loadout" button would indeed be perfect for this.
