When merged this pull request will: Reduce rate of fire when using Blackfin CAS for 105mm gun.

At this stage, I am unable to say whether this will be merged into master and eventually make it out to the release build at some point.

The last version release hasn't been made public yet, so there's a high chance your changes will be approved and merged if everything goes well.

No worries. Just was something that I always was perturbed about and it seems like it wouldn't hurt much to change it as it's a very specific thing to change. Just hoping it gets included at some point.
