fn_spawnCarrier.sqf not working properly on dedicated servers.

Description:

• Carrier spawned via the Achilles Module under 'Spawn' has nonfunctional catapults on dedicated servers.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a dedicated server running a scenario with a Zeus, spawn the carrier, attempt to use Catapult.

Where did the issue occur?

• Environment: Dedicated (No serverside mods, adding serverside mods does not fix.)
• Any Scenario File

RPT log file:

Attempt to override final function - achilles_fnc_spawn

• This is the only pertinent information spawned in the console.
