It's an Achilles compatible new implementation. Currently, only demo charges are featured.
Would be amazing if you could add the placing of breaching charge, arming, and detonating via the ace menu as well
I've never had a look on the ACE interaction menu code tbh, but I agree it would be a nice feature.
It might be possible to do it without adding anything new to ace (you can already place explosives on doors/walls), if you could get the doorbreech script to recognise the presence of the ace demo block
I guess it's better to provide a seperate action, since a demo block is a bit too powerful. You don't want to blow up the entire building, do you?

.M112 Demo Block works via addaction but neither the RHS Shotgun or ACE 3 lockpick work.
Edit: Although, I assumed that

meant that it was designed to have the same functionality. Perhaps there is no functionality for anything other than the demo blocks?
