High Command #24

This feature is dependant on the "AI Commanding" feature in Reforger

This feature will be delivered in 3 phases

PHASE 1

Barracks Buildable only at bases, a barracks will be expensive ($15k+) however some bases will already have one available (like the Garages). At a barracks any player can hire entire groups of soldiers that are then under that player's command.

Command From the map the player can assign waypoints to their groups (move, search and destroy, defend, etc).

When the player logs out, their groups will remain spawned and still be vulnerable to attack, their current set of waypoints will remain active. When the player logs back in they will resume command of their groups.

PHASE 2

Warehouses When hiring a group, any nearby and/or linked warehouses can be used to provide gear for the group and reduce the cost of hiring the group.

Group Designer The player can design their own groups using different soldiers (ie Rifleman, MG, Grenadier, etc) for personal use. An officer can design groups (and override the default ones) that all players can use when hiring groups.

PHASE 3

Loadout Designer The player can design their own soldiers to go into custom group designs, with their entire loadout customized, for personal use. Officers can design soldiers (or override the default ones) for all players to use.
