Add an OVT_BaseNameComponent" and a "Base Name" variable that could be used instead of the system just picking the closest town name. If not enabled or the value is null, then select the closest town. This would not be added by default and would have to be a component added to the object.
This would enable the ability to not only name base locations to better-known places but could help avoid the problem where more than 1 base gets the same name. This is true for the St. Phillipe bases on Everon, the two cases on the east which both are called Chotain base.
Could potentially do the same for radio towers as well. with an "OVT_TowerNameComponent" with "Tower Name"
