Describe the problem

You can get an easy source of money which trivializes the gameplay.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Go to a gas station which contains a repair tool Arsenal. There is one on the east side of Saint-Philippe.
  2. Opening the arsenal allows you to collect as many repair tools as you like. Fill your backpack with them.
  3. These repair tools can be sold to vendors to turn an easy profit.

Expected behavior

These arsenals should not exist.

No mods. Not sure where all of the relevant gas stations are but there are multiple.
