Remove CUP dependency #52

Mod should no longer be dependent on CUP, as we're making a switch to RHS in the standard mod pack.

Check for defined macros or existence of mod files using PreProcessor Commands.

Soft addon requirement can be achieved with __has_include, but config.cpp can no longer be binarized and Mikero's pboProject will complain about missing required addons if the addon exists in P drive when crunching.
