First person can be toggled as unconscious spectator #63

When in unconscious spectator, space can be used to toggle between first person and third person. This should not be allowed when the player is spectating themself.

Resolved in https://github.com/ArmaSweden/arma-sweden-extras/commit/2c4d74e2e49bd13be815081fc3646f8cbc202800. Only 3rd person is allowed when spectating self. First person view is still allowed when spectating others. When switching back to self, view changes back to 3rd person.
