ACE unconscious screen effects are showing over spectator mode #8

When player goes unconscious, the screen turns black, making spectating impossible.

Happened again in a recent scenario, this time with the blur effect instead of the blackout effect.

The above issue is related to the spectator template, and not unconscious spectator. New issue: https://github.com/ArmaSweden/Arma-Sweden-Extras/issues/51
