Add "Official Website" For TTV Desktop Lite #16

At some point when everything is stable and ready for a public release, we should think about creating a website or using your existing one for better search engine recognition and simplification of the whole downloading process. Github might look too complex and difficult to people outside of coding.

We can already have a hosted webpage thanks to github pages https://pages.github.com/

If I remember well, it support only static websites (without servers, raw pages) and also support website generators such as Jekyll

The website will look like https://twitchy-desktop-lite.github.io (with support for custom domain tho) and is hosted on the gh-page branch

Everything that looks better than the default readme is great. Will check this out when the time comes.
