Add "Custom Adblocker" For TTV Desktop Lite #29

There are several options for adblockers + webview. The best thing would be to provide one of those as an "extension" and add it to the extension menu so it can be switched off if wanted.

Test if applying Disconnect to webview works first before implementing custom adblocker.
