Ctrl+R Reloads Everything #33

The shortcut should also only reload webview. Optionally a feature to completly reload and clear website data could be added by pressing: ctrl+alt+r.

You mixed it up.

It works but ctrl+alt+r should reload everything and ctrl+r should only reload the page.
