Set Process Priority Advanced Option? #40

Technically setting the process priority (at least on Windows) could result in better performance especially in terms of video playback.

Would it be possible to use one of the mentioned API's and implement a process priority settings in the advanced settings? Can be Windows only, the majority of users will probably be on Windows anyway.

This won't matter anymore. Twitch Support responded to both me (private email) and to the Chromium Team that they are aware of the CPU problems and are working on it.
