Major Twitchy Design Update

Work on the idea to make Twitchy more unique instead of a Twitch-App ripoff. Use modern CSS3 radial gradients and less shadows to avoid current "old-school" CSS2 look.

Mind map of possible design choices:

• [x] Use gradient for top bar, optionally also a modified version for dialogs background-image: radial-gradient(circle farthest-side at left center,#392e5c,#17141f 100%);
• [x] Move "hamburger" menu button to the right side
• [x] Replace settings "hamburger" icon with proper settings menu Icon
• [ ] Add global 1px window border and custom shadows (standard for apps using non-traditional window)
• [ ] Fine tune box-sizing, box-alignment and font weights
• [ ] Better hover effects if necessary (Twitch.TV alike)

Look into settings menu dialog and possible vue options for 2-case switches. (Optional) Also look into top-bar hide/unhide options for browser specific control panel.
