Add "Custom Top-Bar" Instead Of Native Top-Bar #5

Just like the Twitch Desktop app, Twitchy should have a custom and fancy looking top-bar.

Requirements:

~~Dragable~~
~~"Close", "Minimize", "Maximize" options (Right side)~~
"Clickable Menu" (Left Side)

The "Clickable Menu" should include the following options: | Open Twitchy Settings | Open Twitchy Log | Check For Updates | About Twitchy

Concept: twitch menu

Updated and instead of opening the settings menu it should display a selection of options. Edit: Instead of having a notifications menu, opening simple log file should be enough for now (log.txt).

I would like to include page settings like "history" and "view" settings in the right click dialog and only have those mentioned options.
