What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run mw2
2. turn on aimbot
3. right click

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Puts crosshair on enemy

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.1 on Vista 64bit

Your mouse sensitivity is set too high, lower your mouse sensitivity, the hack 
is being worked on to compensate for mouse sensitivity, however it is not 
complete at this time. This is the approved work around.

went from using source to downloading the package version, problem went away - 
user error
