Merge companion packs into repository

Others have made icons that complement the original set well.  These icons are 
also released under CCA3.0 so should be fine to merge, provided the authors 
receive attribution.

We may want to add these to the "Links" section of the sidebar on this

Jan, thanks for adding the links.  The other part of this issue is to merge the 
companion packs into the original set--something I'm working on, so I'm 
re-opening it.  I've gotten confirmation from the authors, and they both asked 
for attribution.

Damien's (author of pack #1) response:
"I'm fine with that - you might want to do a dir/ls on the extracted folder and 
put that at the end of my readme so it's clear which files came from where if 
the folders are going to be merged."

Chris' (author of pack #2) response:
"Yes, that's fine. Can you please keep the sidebar link on the google code page 
as well?"

OpenGeo has also a nice extend on the Silk icons.
Maybe there could be a link to this set al well?
And maybe a merge?
