SVG Versions #9

I know this is a huge request if they don't already exist somewhere (which as 
far as I can tell, they're not available on the internet), but it would be 
REALLY nice if these icons could be made available in a scalable vector format.

16x16px is perfect for icons in things like WYSIWYG editors, and for viewing 
tiny icons on a file system, but larger versions for things like desktop icons.

Well, it's not a defect, but I can't seem to change it now that I've created it

I highly doubt that it's possible to convert 16x16 pixels to scalable vector 
graphics.
There are lots of options to convert the PNG format to i.e. SVG, but it still 
doesn't give you the extra information needed (lines, circles, arcs, etc) to 
make it properly scalable.

If it only were that easy :)
