Addition of .ext syntax highlighting #27

Basic setup for .ext syntax highlighting nabbed from @SkaceKamen's SQF Linter. I personally really like this part of the linter but my code is constantly mislabelled as containing errors so I thought it would be a good idea to add .ext to this extension.

Thanks a lot. Looks good so far but let me do some more testing before I roll it out ;)
