BIS Function viewer doesn't show and auto completion doesn't work #42

Normally you could hover over a BIS function such as sideChat and a description would show but lately it's been stuck on "Loading...". Also possible functions list doesn't show aswell as variable autocompletion doesn't show up as it used to.
