Remove unused functions and files #1

Currently, audioprocessing.py is useless. There may be references to this still as well in other files, make sure none exist.

The /settings directory and all of it's related functions & imports are useless as well

Began work on gathering the lightning address at least. I need to still make the subscription url function that is next though. After that, I can close this issue.
