Gather value/funding tag for supporting podcast creators #14

To send lighting payments to participating podcasts, I need to devise a way to gather the lightning URL from the rss feed. Or some external source. Beyond that, it appears that podcasting RSS feeds do have a <podcast:funding> tag that I could be pulling.
