No support for OpenCV 3.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.     double cc = findTransformECC (templateImage, targetImage, warp_matrix, 
warp_mode, new CvTermCriteria (CV_TERMCRIT_ITER+CV_TERMCRIT_EPS,
                    number_of_iterations, termination_eps));

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

compile with no errors / cannot find symbol

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

is  findTransformECC availble in javaCV?

these seem to be not included

should I be loading a specific library?

I have all these:

That seems to be only available in OpenCV 3.0.

If you'd like to work on the support for OpenCV, that would be very much
