error bar fit files #9

Hi, I am trying to get the hill number, but it requires the error bar parameter file. To generate the error bar parameter file, I will need a directory which has all the error bar fitting file. How can I generate the error bar fitting file? Or should I just use the ones in the Test_dir directory?

I have same issue. And, most of the files in Test_dir are empty. I couldn't go through the example.

python recon_v3.0.py -e error_bar_parameters.txt Test_dir

I believe they were based on immune-repertoire data. The Recon paper will say for sure.
