This is a major code refractoring where the idea of Mesh and Dataset have been rethought to allow for new functionalities. The Mesh class now contains all the necessary mesh info and the PartitionTable class contains all the information on the partition. Among the new functionalities it has been included:
Reworked HDF5 input-output files to allow for the new classes
Added testing of the version of the HDF5 file
Added support for VTKH5
Added support for pyVista
Added support to store results from POD and DMD tools
Finished up and cleaned DMD and added extra functionalities.
