Add the possibility to use another URL for the tracking (php file)

Thanks for contributing to the project!

I read this PR but I do not fully understand the purpose of it: currently, one provides the URL of the server which is used to compute the URL of the script and the tracker. In case the script is being provided on a different URL, I let the user to provide its URL as an optional parameter. As a result, 2 URLs can be provided for 2 resources if necessary.

In which situation would you need another URL for the tracker?

Sorry for the delay, but I changed the way to specify the tracker script URL and trackers.

Release 1.0.0-RC.0 natively enables this feature, please have a look if this is still a concern to you.
