Improve create relation nodes [WIP] #11

We should consider the case where we want to create the gold data, i.e. respect the existing S- and YA-relations. This is required because we want to evaluate our preprocessing (creating dummy S- and YA-Relations).

Notes:

Maybe this will be merged with #9.
Maybe this requires #12.
