Reset: Instead of resetting to the global starting position(rnbqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w KQkq - 0 1), this resets to the position you had when you decided to play against Stockfish.
Takebacks: Lets you undo mistakes move by move instead of having to reset the entire game.
