Visualize overscan border #30

The overscan border is used in the original games when

the player gets hurt
the player destroys a bonus item
the player is near a "fake" wall in Catacomb Apocalypse (marked with an '@' in the location name)

Reflection Keen has an implementation of the overscan border.

The overscan border was implemented in version 0.5.3.
