Update About Overlay #2345

Closes #2327.

Adds overall copyright attribution for Game-icons.net icons. After this, it should no longer be necessary to individually list names of the authors in the metadata for attribution.

We only need to update the attribution list if we update the symbols. The symbols we have are from that list. Would be easy to update this list if there are new symbols that we decide to import.
