PUMPKIN event does not work fully #14

equipping PUMPKIN with mouse (click to puck up from inventory click to drop on head slot) does not trigger event would be nice to add SKULL_ITEM to helmet list as well

Did some local testing on latest 1.12.2 spigot and it is called when you click an drag but while testing this I noticed right clicking a pumpkin in hotbar calls the event but doesn't equip the helmet so I'll have to add a check to prevent this.

Skull item can and will be added soon.
