Modern mass Pixel format converter #14

Would be used when importing high version images. Would Convert DXT5, DXT3, Argb1555? to any of the other formats

Not sure the best way to determine the best pixel format to avoid additional lossless compression

Attempted a bit, not 100% guaranteed to work exactly as how Nexon decides its image format. Needs to be tested against all image in the .WZ files perhaps.

however, I guess approximating it would work well for the use case already?
