pocket settings not working with free version of spotify #5

i have 2 accounts, one with and one without premium. the one with premium has a settings button on the top bar which allows me to change the colours and overall theme. however, when i log in on my account without premium, the settings icon goes is this normal? and is there a fix to this? as i would love to be able to use the colour scheme i made for my other account too. thanks :D this is the button im talking about, by the way

I do not have a free account so I can't test this, did you try restarting spotify after switching account?
