melodious / moody feedback to appreciate the player's travails.
acknowledging that Takah can do no more now than to hold on and weather the storm as best he can...
("Good Luck Takah!" - the storm is hitting now, and who knows how he will fare...)
how could a mix of ambience and melody transport both that the storm is hitting
but also that "the work is done"
after all, it is now no longer "before" the storm.
suggestion:
1 musical jingle for game win (5-10 sec)
1 musical jingle for game lose (5-10 sec)
1 ambience track (10-30 sec, looping after the a 5-10 sec windup phase)
the jingles can be the same ones that play during the last moment of gameplay, when either the player manages to finish the hut or the counter hits zero.
the jingle fades into ambience track of a powerful storm. as the credits roll dramatically.
