Feature: Schedule Metrics

User can calc and export every schedule-only metric listed in the NDIA Predictive Measures Guide (in hours).

DCMA 14-pt (or EVAS)

[x] BCWP
[x] SV
[x] SPI
[x] BEI
[ ] CEI (tricky!)
[ ] ...others?

No need to rely on standard COBRA or MPM EVT values if we simply allow the user to provide the field that EV% is stored in (default: Physical % Complete) and assume he has validated the EV% already.
