cptDECM - settings retrieval error #354

Problem:

When user has Metrics settings defined, but does not yet have Integration settings defined, a Type Mismatch occurs.

Solution:

Handle when cptGetSetting returns zero-length string in cptDECM_bas.ValidMap.
