cptStatusSheetImport - catch overflow error on non-date "dates"

Problem:

If the user does not check 'validation' and the recipient enters a non-date number in the date field, code does not catch it.

Solution:

• [x] check the value using IsDate()
• [x] prompt user if invalid date
• [x] shade cell "bad"
• [x] include error identifying workbook and UID in import log
