Hi,

I am from Brazil. Don't you have any plans for developing a Windows port of
your electronic dictionary?

Thanks.

No, I do not plan to, because I do not know how to write code for Windows :-(

Hi,

Thanks for replying.

Maybe a real pity. Actually I can't tell for sure, since I only use Windows
OSes and thus can't test your program, which seems quite good at a first glance
anyway.

You certainly use an OS other than a Windows-base one, don't you? Which one by
the way? Do you know of any strong, unbeatable, unhackable firewall/HIPs for
Linux-based systems? Please tell me if possible.

Have a Nice Holiday Season and all the luck in the world.

Hi,

I am not familiar with iptables, which sounds quite weird to me in fact.
Actually, I hate the DOS-like interface of many Linux-based
systems/programs/applications. I can't understand why they Linux developers
don't create or develop - or apparently can't find means for this - fully
graphical-interfaced programs for Linux. In my view, that's what makes it hard
for many out there to once and for all migrate to Linux-based OSes and never
come back again to blood-sucking M Windows-based systems.

By the way, can your e-dictionary software be used with Puppy Linux? If it can,
I would feel very inclined to give it a real try.

Thanks.

Regards.
