On what android device and android version?
 Optimus

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to work and do what it says it will do but instead it never worked

Please provide any additional information below.
 This was my first time using it so I'm going to try it again and see if it works this time

I can't tell what happened from what info you provided, but I would suggest
trying to change Force Screen On and other settings-.  Hope tonight night
goes better than last night.
