An alarm system will be developed to send some specific kinds of incidents to some operators, so they can assign them.
I think what we can do, and shouldn't be very hard is somehow sending some incidents to the dashboard staff manager so they can assign the incident to the correct operator. My idea was to add a field in the incident object and let the dashboard team take care of it, but they have enough work already. So I think the best would be to "send an email" to the dashboard staff manager.

We have to develop an alarm system that will send some specific kinds of incidents to some operators. The implementation of this functionality is completely flexible, we can choose how it will work.
