Investigate Heroku #4

As integration with the other team gets closer, we'll need to investigate how Heroku works and how can we setup Kafka, Zookeeper and MongoDB. If we acomplish this, we have to remember to remove the addition of event data to the database, as we'll use the same base the other team uses. So:

Investigate how Heroku works
Setup the project and the system dependencies (Kafka, Zookeeper, MongoDB)

One problem I've found with this is that adding Kafka to Heroku costs money, so we have to rethink this...
