Deployment in docker #70

Im going to try to deploy the app using docker

I´ve been able to deploy the app using docker in local. I´ll upload it to https://hub.docker.com/ as soon as posible.

The login doesn´t work when you deploy it. I think that it is a bug in the solid.auth.service because I also cannot run the tests e2e due to a problem with this service. I´ve been trying to solve it the last days, but for the moment I haven´t found any solution.

If you dont have any problem running the tests I think that the docker build should work.

@josecurioso fixed it. It was a problem with the protocol used.
