Finished videochat funcionality.

Functionality summary:

To start videochat user must send his videochatID with the new button (Send videochat ID).
The user who receives the id must write it in the text box in the left corner of the page and click connect.
Both users should accept permissions for use devices (microphone, camera).
Both users could press disconnect button to stop videocall while it is in progress.

Looks like we have some big conflicts on index.js (seems like almost the whole file). Maybe its not detecting changes correctly?
